Big changes, same heart.
After years of providing care in Virginia Beach, I’m excited to share that I’ve officially opened my own private practice — Alis Family Psychiatry — right here in the community I’ve long served. Over the past year, I’ve also been offering care in Portland, Oregon, and I’m thrilled to announce that Alis is now a bi-coastal practice proudly rooted in both cities.

This isn’t just a move — it’s a meaningful evolution in how I show up for the people I serve.
Virginia Beach has been home to countless beautiful connections and courageous conversations. The brave transformations I’ve witnessed in my patients have deeply inspired the expansion of this practice. That foundation remains unchanged.

Every patient deserves — and is entitled to — the same high standard of care.
That principle remains the heart of everything we do at Alis.

Whether you’re continuing care in Virginia Beach or connecting with me from Portland, you now have the choice of hybrid sessions based on your preferences and needs. This flexibility allows us to stay connected in the way that works best for you, without compromising quality or continuity of care.

✅ Virginia-based clients: I’ll continue offering hybrid scheduling throughout the year. New physical location - same great grey chair 😅
✅ Oregon-based clients: Business as usual - nothing has changed.
